Does Raptor only work on tooling for the Aerospace Industry?

No, Raptor has and will take on any tooling project as long as it is a good fit for both Raptor and our customer.

Does Raptor have Engineering capabilities?

Yes. We have over 20 years of experience designing tooling.

Will Raptor work with our engineers to develop a tool or use our tool designs?

Yes. More than likely, Raptor would assign a program manager to work as a liaison between Raptor and your engineering department.

What do I need to get my project started?

Ideally, we would like to receive a statement of work or work instructions describing the task at hand. Drawings and/or 3D models would be nice as well. Raptor can accept the following formats:
– Catia V5 or V4
– STEP
– IGES
– Parasolid

Do you offer design support or just manufacturing?

We provide full-spectrum support—from concept to completion. Our in-house engineering team offers design consultation, NC programming, and tool design to ensure your project meets exact specifications.

Can you handle large or complex parts?

Absolutely. Our 5-axis CNC equipment, large-bed machining capacity, and experienced team allow us to handle both large-scale components and intricate geometries with tight tolerances.
